BJ’s Brewhouse has one of those menus where you cannot decide what to order. The Parmesan Crusted Chicken, the Pizookie, the Brewhouse pasta. After enough family dinners there, I started recreating their dishes at home so I could have them on weeknights without the wait. These are the BJ’s copycats that have made it into my regular rotation.
Every recipe below has been tested in my kitchen at least three times. Some of them I make more than the restaurant version because I can tweak the salt or skip the heavy oil. Save this page and pick a new one for dinner this week.
