Ingredients

  • 1 lb (about 450g) frozen dumplings or potstickers (your choice of filling)
  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce (optional, for heat)
  • For garnish: sliced green onions, sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, ginger, garlic, and chili garlic sauce (if using) to create the sauce.
  3. Spread the frozen dumplings, broccoli florets, and sliced red bell pepper in a single layer in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
